TBM Operators
These technicians will be chosen to have the most experience in operating TBM’s in the operational mode, or modes you will need for the successful completion of your project. Whether its simultaneous vertical and horizontal curves, or difficult ground conditions, our operators are well trained in operating all types of TBMs.
Erector Pilots
These technicians work to ensure your tunnel lining is built to the highest possible standard and will work to ensure the fastest possible build times while maintaining that standard.
Grout System Operator
These technicians will operate your grout injection system ensuring uninterrupted boring stroke, full and complete grout injection, as well as maintaining a strict and complete flushing and cleaning regiment to ensure that down time caused by the grout injection system is kept to a minimum.
Mechanical & Electrical Superintendents
These technical supervisors will manage your Electrical and Mechanical teams to ensure all possible preventative maintenance is being completed and your TBM team is ready for any breakdown, for the fastest possible repair, keeping downtime to a minimum and machine availability percentage as high as possible.
Tunnel Superintendents
These technical supervisors are there to manage the entire tunnel crew, from tunnel logistics to entire machine operation, and are there to ensure your TBM has all the necessary consumables like grout, grease, oil, segments, cooling water, etc., and ensure the best possible advance rate throughout their entire shift on the TBM.
TBM / Site Management
This management position is in place to ensure each of the tunnel teams are working together and all the operational crew in place are completing their required tasks. This manager tracks the maintenance and repair of the machine, records downtime and focuses on issues causing delays in the TBM advance. They also work closely with site surface support to ensure the smooth uninterrupted operation of your TBM.
